for landing gear: i was working on fmc via keyboard input while holding TAB key on the letter G i was not holding TAB so G effected landing gears to be lowered.
for divert: destination VHHX was not assinged for the airline but later(after 4 hour of my flight) it became. so i could neither cancel it nor change it. and thats the reason of diversion decision. |
